I’ve just discover your site and am excited to pour through all the information here, though I still haven’t made the connection to our branch of the family. I did however, find an error on Ancestry.com, which was what led me here. There was a picture submitted by Riehle.net associated with my father in law, Edward C. Riehle Jr. The photo is actually of an Edward James Riehle from the Jackson High School Reflector yearbook in Jackson MI. First, thanks for the feedback! I get too few such corrections, which means most of my mistakes are still out there. I try hard to get it right, but if I get too obsessed with perfection it’s difficult to publish much of anything.
I found the photo you referenced on my Ancestry.net tree for Joseph Riehle. Edward was of course the g-grandson of Joseph who immigrated to Lafayette, IN. I’ll take a look at it and see if I can figure out anything else about the other Edward.
